Spring Fever Fair - Soliciting
The Spring Fever Fair is just a few months away. We are looking for some people that are interested in helping and are in need of volunteer hours. The fair is the weekend that ends April vacation. If you are planning on being away at that time and you still need your 5 hours for the Spring Fever Fair then this is the perfect opportunity.

Our fair wouldn't be the success it is without the support from so many local businesses here in the Sanford/Springvale community, as well as our surrounding area. Currently we solicit approximately 200 businesses. We have prepared a letter of introduction and thanks for past participation. It will be sent out this month and we will start contacting these businesses soon.

As part of the soliciting team you would be responsible for following up with a set group of businesses (in your home area for convenience to you) and picking up prizes. Most of these businesses have donated in the past and are expecting someone from St. Thomas School to contact them.
